Payments, Offers, and Cancellations

Payment is due as stated on the applicable invoice, estimate, financing agreement, or written service authorization. Fox Rora Plumbing may require a deposit, progress payments, or payment in full upon completion, depending on the nature and size of the work — for example, larger jobs such as bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, or whole-home repiping.

Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to stated terms, availability, and expiration dates. Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Offers have no cash value and may exclude prior work, emergency services, diagnostic charges, permits, specialty materials, or other excluded items.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. A cancellation, trip, or restocking charge may apply when disclosed in advance, particularly where materials have been ordered, a technician has been dispatched, or a scheduled appointment has been missed.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us perform services safely and effectively, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property, contact, and plumbing-system information
• Ensuring a qualified adult with authority to approve work is present when required
• Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, fixtures, utility shutoffs, electrical service, water supply, and sewer connections as applicable
• Securing pets and informing our team of hazardous conditions, restricted access, security requirements, or known property risks
• Removing or protecting personal belongings, valuables, furniture, and fragile items near the work area when reasonably necessary
• Obtaining approvals from property owners, landlords, homeowners’ associations, tenants, or other authorized parties where required
• Informing us of known issues such as asbestos-containing materials, mold, hazardous substances, structural damage, underground utilities, or prior plumbing repairs

Fox Rora Plumbing may suspend, delay, or decline work if site conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, required approvals cannot be verified, or performing the work would violate applicable laws, codes, manufacturer requirements, or safety standards.

Warranties and Limitations

Any warranty for labor, repairs, parts, fixtures, or equipment will be provided only as stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and may have separate registration requirements, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures. This applies to installations such as water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, and water filtration systems.

We are not responsible for failures, damage, delays, or additional repairs caused by conditions outside our control, including:

• Pre-existing defects, corrosion, defective prior repairs, concealed leaks, deteriorated pipes, or inaccessible plumbing components
• Tree-root intrusion, ground movement, freezing conditions, sewer backups, municipal utility issues, or force majeure events
• Customer-supplied materials, fixtures, appliances, equipment, or parts
• Work performed or altered by other contractors, homeowners, tenants, or third parties after our service
• Failure to follow maintenance instructions, manufacturer guidelines, or recommended repairs
• Damage to landscaping, concrete, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or other finishes when access, excavation, demolition, or opening of concealed areas is necessary to diagnose or complete authorized work
